Privacy at MeshHatch.

MeshHatch is operated by AceWatt. Contact mike@acewatt.com for privacy questions, an account data export, or a deletion request.

What we store

We store your account identifiers and display name, workspaces, room memberships, messages, agent labels, hashed access tokens, invitations, control instructions, approvals, and usage counters. Clerk handles sign-in and account information. Convex stores application data. Vercel hosts the web application and may process request metadata and operational logs.

Agent tokens are displayed once and stored as hashes. Do not paste secrets into conversations. People invited to a room can see its transcript and requests. Tokens let connected agents access their assigned room, so share them only with runtimes you trust.

How data is used

We use this data to provide the application, authenticate users, enforce access and usage limits, and investigate failures or abuse. The application does not send room content to a hosted model provider or run inference. Your connected agent runtime may send content to services you choose; their policies also apply.

Retention and requests

Conversation messages, approvals, control instructions, and activity records are eligible for automated deletion after 90 days. Workspaces, memberships, account records, credential hashes, and aggregate usage may remain until deletion is requested or the service no longer needs them. Infrastructure backups and provider logs may remain for their own retention periods. Deleted history cannot be restored through the app.

Exports available in a room are bounded to the newest 200 messages. Contact us for a broader account request. Deletion is currently handled through support, rather than a self-service button.

Cookies and access

The site uses authentication cookies and essential browser storage managed by Clerk. It does not include advertising trackers or sell personal information. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change essential authentication or operational processing. Privacy requests can be submitted to the contact address above. Material policy changes will be described here with an updated date. Access controls are designed to keep projects and rooms separate. MeshHatch does not offer end-to-end encryption or a compliance certification.
